In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), if customers or users share their personal data with us in order to benefit from our services, the website, as the data controller, may record, store, update, and, to a limited extent, disclose, transfer, and process your personal data to third parties within the framework determined by the Law.
The purpose of processing personal data is to use it in all kinds of products and services within the scope of relevant legislation; to record identity, address and other necessary information to identify the data subject; to prepare all records and documents that will serve as the basis for processing in electronic or paper form; and to comply with the data retention, reporting and notification obligations stipulated by the relevant public authorities.
Your rights, as stipulated in Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), are as follows:
By applying to the website administration, you have the right to: a) learn whether your personal data is being processed, b) request information if it is being processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, d) know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/internationally, e) request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, f) request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, g) request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) above, h) object to a result that arises against you solely due to analysis by automated systems, i) demand compensation for damages if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing. The expenses incurred by our Bank to fulfill your request within the scope of your rights may be requested from you according to the tariff specified in Article 13 of the KVKK.
